VitaMind Hub: Instructions for use

Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before using the Lumi Nova app. Please keep these instructions for future reference.

General Precautions

VitaMind Online Hub by BFB Labs allows users to create and manage profiles of users of other BFB products (Lumi Nova, Champions of the Shengha Pro) and see their progress data in real-time.

It does not offer any recommendations or advice relating to the performance of any users of BFB Labs’s products (Lumi Nova, Champions of the Shengha Pro).

Pre-Use Requirements and Dependencies

VitaMind Online Hub will only be accessed by professionals who have been appointed by their organisation as a Lumi Nova or Champions of the Shengha Pro game apps distributor (or their administrative support person where necessary).

To access the online hub, distributors must have access to a computer with internet.

Distributors will only gain access to the VitaMind Online Hub via email from BFB Labs after they have completed face-to-face training regarding use of the game apps and the VitaMind Online Hub. Distributors will receive a login link via email, this will enable them to create their account on the online hub.

The online hub users will manage the game apps end-users and monitor end-user specific data, including Lumi Nova game app and Champions of the Shengha Pro app analytics and any information shared by guardians of the end-users.

The online hub will only report data that is received from the game apps when the end-user gameplay device is connected to the internet.

Software Installation, Upgrade and Configuration

Internet is required to access the online hub website. Once hub users receive a login link via email from BFB Labs, they will be required to set a private account password to configure access to the online hub.

Step by Step Instructions

Once a distributor has attended a face-to-face training session with BFB Labs, they will receive an email with a link to access the online hub.

The first time distributors access the hub, they will be prompted to set a private password they will use to log in to future sessions.

Distributors will use the hub to create and manage end-user profiles for young people who will play the game apps and their guardians who will download the game apps and provide additional support. Creating these profiles will automatically trigger an SMS to be sent to guardians to provide consent and download the game - it is critical that distributors contact guardians about their participation before building user profiles in the online hub.

Distributors can also use the hub to access game apps resources, including training and on boarding information, videos, useful links, and FAQs.

Once guardians have downloaded the game apps and young people are playing the game, response and game analytics data will be securely sent to the online hub for distributors to view.

Troubleshooting

What if a distributor forgets their Online Hub password?

Clicking the Forgotten Password link on the online hub login page will send an email to distributors with a link to reset their password.
