Creative Digital Marketing Lead

Role Summary
We are seeking a Creative Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing digital marketing activities that drive engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to create and execute campaigns efficiently.
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Create compelling content and marketing assets, including design, copy and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement and grow our online community.
Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and make data-driven optimisations.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Continuously innovate and propose new ideas to improve our digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative assets.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, running ads on social channels, SEO).
Strong content creation skills, including graphic design.
Experience with analytics tools and reporting.
Soft Skills:
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary and benefits
Hours: Full or part time
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 gross salary per annum (prorated for part time hours)
Holidays: 28 days annual leave (prorated for part time hours)
Contract: Full or part time, permanent
