Creative Digital Marketing Lead

Our products fuse evidence-based therapeutic approaches with immersive and responsible gaming making them highly engaging, scientifically robust and cost-effective.

Role Summary 

We are seeking a Creative Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing digital marketing activities that drive engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to create and execute campaigns efficiently.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation:

    • Create compelling content and marketing assets, including design, copy and graphics that resonate with our target audience.

  2. Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement and grow our online community.

    • Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  3. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and make data-driven optimisations.

  4. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

    • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

    • Continuously innovate and propose new ideas to improve our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative assets.

  2. Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, running ads on social channels, SEO).

    • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design.

    • Experience with analytics tools and reporting.

  3. Soft Skills:

    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong project management and organisational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

We work out of a lovely coworking space in Farringdon (London) so ideally you will be able to work out of here with the option to work from home sometimes.

Salary and benefits

  • Hours: Full or part time

  • Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 gross salary per annum (prorated for part time hours)

  • Holidays: 28 days annual leave  (prorated for part time hours)

  • Contract: Full or part time, permanent
